The Down East Doll Show is an annual international event created to bring doll artists from around the globe and their collectors together.   To bring knowledge to those that want to learn the art and expand their craft.  To bring friends together to share in their love of dolls. We welcome all forms of doll art and doll related accessories.

Hours of Operation and Show Dates

The Show & Retail floor for Collectors/Visitors  will be open Friday 20th & Saturday 21st  June 2014 from 10:00 am - 5:00 pm. 
Exhibitors may not dismantle their booths or tables in any way before 5pm on Saturday June 21, 2014
No Early Shopping or browsing is allowed by customers or exhibitors!! Thursday set up is for Exhibitors only and no visitors will be allowed on the show floor!!  If you are not an Exhibitor/Show helper you will be escorted from the show floor by security on Thursday!!
Set Up for Exhibitors will be on Thursday June 19, 2014 from 8 am - 10pm and Friday June 20, 2014 9:00 am - 10:00 am no exceptions.  If you have not set up your space by 10 am on Friday then you will forfeit your space.  The retail floor opens at 10:00 am.
Classes will be held Wednesday & Thursday June 18th & 19th 8am-5pm unless otherwise stated by the teachers.
Workshops will be held all day Thursday, Friday & Saturday 10am-5pm.
Other Events times and dates are TBD. The Baby Shower/Brunch/Raffle/"Mad" Hatter contest/Awards Show etc. will be held Sunday June 22, 2014 from 10am-1pm or until we are finished.  Contest baby entries will begin at noon on Thursday June 19, 2014.  Raffle ticket sales will begin at noon on Thursday June 19, 2014.  You
do not have to be present to win in the raffle drawing.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL & NON-REFUNDABLE ON CONFERENCE EVENT TICKETS.  YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE TO PICK UP YOUR TICKETS AT THE REGISTRATION DESK AT THE SHOW ENTRANCE WHEN YOU ARRIVE.  YOUR NAME WILL BE ON A LIST AS WELL AS THE TICKET ITSELF AT THE REGISTRATION DESK  AND YOU WILL BE GIVEN THE TYPE OF TICKET THAT YOU PURCHASED.  YOU WILL NOT BE ALLOWED ENTRANCE TO ANY OF THE EVENTS WITHOUT YOUR TICKET IN HAND.

 
CONFERENCE TICKETS  (TICKETS MUST BE PAID IN FULL AT TIME OF ORDER)

These tickets are open to exhibitors and visitors.  It includes admission to all of the 1 hour workshops to be held Thursday June 19th, Friday June 20th & Saturday June 21st from 10am-5pm.  Admission to the show floor for visitors Friday June 20th & Saturday June 21st from 10am-5pm, Admission to the Baby Shower, Brunch, Raffle & Awards Show Sunday June 22nd 10am-1pm.  Prepaid full conference ticket holders will receive a welcome packet at the show complete with tickets and extras.  You do not have to be present to win in the Raffle drawing on Sunday.

Baby Shower/Brunch Only Ticket (Children over 12 and Adults only, does not include admission to the show floor for the public.  Exhibitors do not need to purchase a visitor ticket just this ticket to have admission to the baby shower events.)

Baby Shower/Brunch Only Ticket (Children 5-12 only.  Children 4 and under eat free. This ticket does not include admission to the show floor)

$39.00/Child under 12

Workshops Only Ticket (Workshops will be held three days Thursday, Friday & Saturday from 10 am - 5pm.  this ticket does not include admission to the show floor.  Visitors need to purchase a visitor ticket for admission to the show.  Exhibitors do not need to purchase the additional visitor tickets with a workshops ticket.)

VISITOR/COLLECTOR TICKETS (TICKETS MUST BE PAID IN FULL AT TIME OF ORDER)

Children under 12 are free. 12 and up pay full price ticket.

Show Coupons for visitors can be found at Doll Show USA http://www.dollshowusa.com/ Please scroll down the page and click on the state North Carolina and scroll down till you find our show listing and print out your $1 off coupon.  These coupons are only good toward the purchase of a visitor ticket at the show and not from the website.
